This unique villa is located on the beachfront offering a beautiful view of the sea and unforgettable sunsets.
Built in the purest Andalusian style with a Moroccan influence, this 450 m² house is located on a 2000 m² plot distributed in 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a toilet.
Upon entering the house, it imposes a magnificent patio of Arabic-style with beautiful natural light, with a water fountain surrounded by columns joined by semicircular arches giving access to the main terrace and some of the rooms of the house.
The master bedroom has several built-in closets and has a large en suite bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, also on the first floor there is a single bedroom (with the possibility of adding an additional bed) with en suite bathroom, with shower.
The kitchen, very spacious, and completely renovated, is open to the living room, from which, you can enjoy the seaviews while cooking. It has a pantry and a room with a small shower.
There is an additional entrance to the house through a large garage -on the lower floor- and another one with direct access to the kitchen -on the upper floor-. Exiting the kitchen, there is a small patio - laundry area.
The dining room is presided by a large window that illuminates it and allows you to enjoy the view of the Strait at the top of the fireplace.
As you walk down to the lower floor, the large glass sliding doors that compounds the wall, give access to a wonderful covered porch. This offers great luminosity and unbeatable views of the sea. This level counts with three double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub and the other two with a family bathroom with shower to share. There is also a kitchenette, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Dining area, living room with comfortable sofas, play area and Smart TV.
From here the villa gives way to its outdoor area, a large furnished covered porch, where you can enjoy evenings outside overlooking a horizon that is lost between the blue of the sea and the sky.
The property is decorated in the most classic Andalusian style with handmade terracotta floors, handmade tiles and rustic furniture that create a very special atmosphere. Its qualities are excellent, with doors and windows of high quality tropical wood (Iroko), central heating, air conditioning split by areas, and all the comforts of a modern villa.
The large pool is located in the back garden, facing the porch in a beautiful grass garden with heather parasols, sun beds, and a separated chill out area with sofas and armchairs on the side of the house.
Outdoors, we can also fin the bar and barbecue area, a Thai sauna, as well as a playground, and a ping-pong.
There is a lower level on the garden designed for fun only. A really cool sports field of about 28x12m2 has been recently built with 2 goals for soccer, basket on the wall for a quick basketball game and the possibility of other sports such as short tennis, badminton, beach tennis, volleyball, etc. The sports court counts with night lighting so you can have fun day or night and also all the sports equipment for said activities.
Its well-kept gardens and its splendid swimming pool make it an idyllic place to enjoy holidays on the beach. It also has a covered garage for one vehicle, and plenty of space within the property to use as outdoor parking as well.
