There is access to a wonderful walking trail where you can enjoy the natural and restorative beauty of the countryside. Also, Lake Norman State Park is just 4 miles away. Here you can find extensive hiking and mountain biking trials, canoe and kayak rentals, swimming, picnicking, and more.
A mixture of old and new, the farmhouse features an updated bathroom and kitchen, central air, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and modern appliances. Well-appointed and comfortable living area with library, games, and more!! Comfortable double bed with premium bedding. Designed to unwind, so you can get away from it all and enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet! So beautiful and relaxing, you'll never want to leave!!!

Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.

CLEANING:
The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee for the cleaning following your check-out.
