Roast your Marshmallows on the open wood firepit with no other campers in site! Lot's of hiking, kayaking, sky diving, Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Nelson Ledges State Park nearby.
Geauga County is know as the 4th Largest Amish Population in the United States, also know for it's Snow! There are many attractions nearby such as skiing, hiking, wineries, local shopping, outlet shopping, great restaurants, canoeing, Sky Diving only a couple miles away! We can recommend some favorites during your stay!

Please remember that you are in a self contained unit, meaning that you are supplied with 20 gallons of fresh water upon arrival, your tanks will be emptied after every two night stay, we will let you know if you are staying longer when this will happen, we try to plan with you when you are not home. if half hour showers are your thing this retro camp is not for you, you are backwoods camping. If you require your tanks to be emptied during your two night stay and more water added you will be charged a $50 fee.
We can only rent to guests that are 25 years of age or older. This is due to insurance reasons. You cannot have someone else book for you. Please ask if you have any questions about this policy. Thank you for choosing Ma & Pa’s Cabin & Sleigh Rides Llc.. Please review the information, rules, terms and conditions within this agreement. Once this agreement has been reviewed and all terms and conditions approved, please sign this confirmation and return it to us. If you are renting the unit sight unseen, your signature below shall operate to release Ma & Pa’s Cabin & Sleigh Rides Llc. and its representatives from any and all claims for damages or losses related to any alleged defects, conditions or deficiencies that may exist in the unit. This Seasonal Reservation & Lease Agreement is intended to be a legal and binding contract. You Must be 25 Years of age to Rent the Camper per our Insurance.

Seasonal & Short Term Rental Rules, Regulations & Disclosures
Check-In: Check in time is any time after 4:00PM.
Guests will need a valid Driver’s License and a photo I.D.
Guests must be 25 Years of age or Older.
Check-Out: Check out time is any time before 10:00 AM. Tenant shall be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, lost rents, as a result of late check out.
Payment: Payment must be made in full before your arrival date. Plus any security deposits will be required before keys and possession of the unit is provided to the Tenant(s).
Occupants: Only those occupants named in this agreement as Tenant(s) shall occupy the unit unless written consent of the Owner is obtained.
Pets: We do not allow any pets of any kind, except those that are ADA Compliant. Proper Paperwork Required. Tenant (s) may be charged a pet fee or a refundable pet deposit.
Smoking/Hunting/3 or 4 Wheelers/Pond/Parties: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and any decks or adjacent areas to the unit. Any damages found will be billed and paid by the Tenant(s). Guests who violate the smoking policy agree to pay a $250 Cleaning Fee to cover dry cleaning draperies and bedding as well as carpet cleaning. If any of the above is found you will be asked to leave, no refunds. Or, any other rules as described in the Airbnb, VRBO or Hipcamp Agreement.
Miscellaneous Charges: Tenant(s) shall be assessed additional locksmith charges. If any, for each key, not returned to the Owner upon check out. Such charges will be deducted from the Deposit. Tenant agrees to pay Owner $35 to provide access to the unit in the event of a lock out. If ANY damages are incurred by the Tenant(s) to the unit’s interior, exterior, any furnishings, dishes, appliances, septic system, grill, patio furniture, or anything owned by the Owner, the Tenant(s) will be responsible for fixing said damages. If the damages exceed the security deposit, the said Tenant(s) shall pay for any repairs or damages. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Assignment: Tenant(s) shall not assign this agreement or sublet the premises of any part thereof. Any unauthorized transfer of interest by the Tenant(s) shall be a material breach of this agreement.
Indemnification: Tenant(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner and their representatives and employees from claims, suits or damages of any kind (including damages for personal injuries), or acts of God, in any way arising out of or related to any acts or omissions of Tenant(s) or Tenants(s) guests or invitees.
Tenant(s) agree to indemnify and hold Owner and its employees and representatives harmless from damages and losses of any kind (including damages for personal injury) arising out of or relating to Tenant’s occupancy of the property, including damages and losses arising from Owner's negligence.
Risk of Loss: Personal property of Tenant(s) and Tenant(s) invitees or guests shall be at the sole risk of Tenant(s). The Owner shall not be liable for any damage caused to Tenant(s) or any invitees or guests personal property arising from fire, acts of God, criminal acts, acts of Owner’s negligence or bursting or leaking water pipes.
Definitions: Agreement means all terms and conditions found in these terms and conditions, the face page and any addenda and any additional materials that we provide and that you sign at the time of the rental. You and Your means the person identified as the renter in this agreement, any person signing this agreement, any person or organization to which charges are billed by us means the rental company in this agreement. Every authorized renter must have a valid driver’s license and be at least age 25. Loss of use means the loss of our ability to use the Camper for our purposes due to camper damage or loss during this rental, including, without limitation, use for rent.
Governing Law, Venue & Waiver of Jury Trial: Ohio Law shall govern any dispute arising out of or in any way relating to Tenant(s) rental of the unit of the relationship between Tenant(s), Owner. Venue for any litigation or other proceeding involving Owner, its employees or its representatives shall be exclusively in the state courts of Geauga County, Ohio with Owner, Tenant(s) waiving any claims or defenses based on an inconvenient forum. ALL PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY
LITIGATION.

These documents are intended to be a legally binding contract. If you do not fully understand any portion, consult an attorney prior to signing. If you are reserving by online platform such as Airbnb, VRBO or Hipcamp, you are agreeing to this document and will be asked to sign after your booking.
