Summary: The hotel is Rated 5 star but it is 3 star in everything. The only advantage is the staff so friendly and helpful but when you book 5 star you expect 5 star standard specially for a frequent travelers like me, Very much disappointed with standard of the hotel and how can it be rated 5 star, Second thing I had an incident that my door wasn’t closing and I requested to change room but they send someone to fix and he kept on going and coming for over an hour and I didn’t feel comfortable.
