The tallest building on Molokai is 3 stories and in this luxurious condo you are there.
Not only that, but you are only an easy stone’s throw from the ocean with views of at least three of the other Hawaiian Islands (including, Maui and Lanai).
We are told that, at just the right time of morning and the right weather conditions, you can also catch a glimpse of the Big Island.
Although we have never had that pleasure, there is nothing quite like watching the sunrise over Maui while sipping a coffee.
Unless, of course, you are not a morning person; in which case you will have to make due with watching the whales jump (in season), or, simply listening to the tradewinds blowing in the palm trees that are almost close enough to touch from the lanai (balcony).
Before purchasing our little piece of paradise, we rented several great units in the same complex and have strived to “borrow” the very best features from those properties for our condo and, where possible, to make ours very high end.
That is reflected in our rental rate but we are confident that you will see why.
We purchased this condo at the end of 2011 but have only recently (2014) started to rent it.
Things are pretty laid back in the Islands and even more so on Molokai.
Nothing happens quickly here and that is just one of the reasons why we love it.
The sign that greets you when you are pulling out of the airport (“Slow Down: You On Molokai Now”) is a pretty good indication of what you can expect.
So, it took some time for us to complete renovations and to furnish the unit to our standards.
Our condo comes complete with very attractive furniture, California King bed, 1000 thread count bedding, plush bath towels and bath robes, 55” HDTV, BOSE Sound Dock, BOSE Wave clock radio and a Dyson bladeless fan just in case the tradewinds do not keep you cool enough.
It truly has too many extras to list!
Free nationwide calling, HD cable, dedicated wireless Internet access are included and Netflix is available.
The keyless entry system will be programmed with your own personal entry code so there will be no need for you to stop by a rental agent’s office to pick up a key after what may have been an exhausting voyage.
You also don’t have to worry about losing the key!
We are confident that you will enjoy our little place in the sun every bit as much as its location.
We like to be pampered and hope that you will feel that way after your visit.
We (including, our on-island representative) will be available throughout your stay and will be very happy to be in contact via telephone and email to ensure that all of your needs are attended to.
If you find the condo to be lacking in any way, we will do our very best to make it right during your stay (recognizing the limitations that can be encountered as a result of being on an “outer island”).
