Spanning a total floor space of 523 m2, all rooms within the house are exceptionally spacious. Upon entering, you'll find a modern kitchen accessible from the initial hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern electrical appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
