This newly refreshed luxury vacation rental home features an outdoor entertaining space with a large covered lanai with a tv, dining table, and an adjacent game room that has a ping-pong table. The pool features a sundeck entry, dual natural rock waterfalls with seating, and a stone-edged spa. But don't spend all day long at the pool, try to remember to hop over to the beach every now and then!
Inside there is a spacious living area with cozy seating (including a sleeper sofa) and a dining table for 8. The full kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal if you are so inclined! Just off the living room is a deck with seating that leads down to the pool area. Back inside, also off the kitchen, is a half bath with access to the washer and dryer behind a pocket door.
There are 5 bedrooms in Mojito Splash. On the main living floor, there is a King Master Suite with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower. On the upper level, the King Master Suite has a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Also on this level, you will find 2 King rooms and a room with a daybed and trundle. These three rooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo. Every bedroom has an HD flat screen TV.
*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
