This beautiful house is located in a quite neighborhood with complete privacy, few minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. House includes a master suite, pool table, covered patio with sitting area and BBQ grill, outdoor Hot-tub and plenty of street parking spots.
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.
House includes a master suite with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 4th bedroom with trundle bed.
House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a pool table and it Includes a huge outside patio for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of street parking. I can assure you will love it!
