House
This beautiful holiday home is suitable for 6 adults. There are three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs. There is one downstairs master bedroom which also easily a cot (present) can be added. The upstairs bedroom is connected to the bathroom and access to the large roof terrace. The upper floor is accessed via a staircase.
There are 2 large bathrooms. Downstairs with a full bath and the upstairs bathroom has a shower. All bathrooms are also equipped with a toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge freezer, oven with 4 halogen plates, a hood, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, panini grill, fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are obviously plenty of glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, pans, bowls and other regular resources.
The dining room connected to the kitchen has a large table and six chairs.
Directly to the dining room is the living room with a 3 and 2 sofa, TV with Canal Digital (via NL-DE-EN dish), radio with CD player and burner.
There are 3 air conditioning units and 2 large ceiling fans that provide the required cooling. In relation to the environment and to avoid unnecessary costs, we ask you politely to your cooperation. Do not turn the air conditioner on when you open the doors and windows if you're out in the region. Often enough already to before going to sleep 15 minutes before turning on the air conditioning when doors and windows closed.
For snowbirds we have in all rooms electric heating panels and also ensures the burner (with automatic fan) with the appropriate wood for a delicious warmth.

The house is entirely equipped with a professional alarm system. This is explained by our key manager and there is also a clear user's guide in the house. Unfortunately, there are in this region also thieves who have coined especially on unwary tourists. The entire house, including the pool, is equipped with a special water filtration system so you do not have to worry about the quality of the water.

The house sits on a plot of 600m2 so there is plenty of room around the house to enjoy the delicious hot and sunny climate. The whole plot is equipped with walls all around and also has two lockable gates.
The private pool has a size of 7x11 meters and is equipped with a special children's area with a depth of 0.6 meters. The rest of the pool has a depth of 1.20 - 1.70 meters. For the colder months there is a possibility of heating the pool, ask for this information and conditions.
Around the pool are allowed no glasses and this is particularly also for your own safety and that of the pool cleaner. In the kitchen this plastic cups, bowls and plates ready.
Furthermore, we would like to stress the special rules for the pool. These are present in the house and are again created for your own health. A part of the rules is to use the outdoor shower before taking a dip! If there are excessive amounts of sunscreen in the pool, this comes at the expense of the quality. In exceptional cases should be added additional chemicals to get the water back on track and it may happen that you can not use a few days in the pool. This is of course no one and that is why we ask your cooperation in observing the rules.
From the covered terrace you have a perfect view of the pool and if you look to the right you will see the pristine nature of the Spanish hinterland. Because the house is located at the end of the Urbanization is constantly very quiet and you can hear the birds chirping all day and you can enjoy during your well-deserved rest of the holiday.
Upstairs there is a large roof terrace from which you also have a beautiful view and where it is also nice stay. There are 4 sunbeds, a large outdoor table and 10 terrace seats. In addition, a set of stone table and benches. A large portable umbrella provides the necessary shade.
Your (rental) car can be parked safely in the driveway. There is ample space for two cars.
Children
There is a cot and an adjustable chair available. Furthermore, there are several toy articles for outdoor use on site. Would you purchase additional toys it can at cheap prices in the special Chinese superstore which is located on the urbanization.
The pool has a separate children's section which is only 60 cm deep and is shielded from the main pool by masonry pillars. Due to the large tiled terrace there is enough place to play.
The whole plot is lined with walls and gates so that the children can not simply leave the plot. In addition, there will be only sporadic traffic in the street.
Overwintering in a nice environment
The Costa Calida is beside the lovely summer also known for the mild winter. Therefore, it is also a great opportunity to escape the real winter and spend in and around Casa Mazarron. Average temperatures in the winter months around 15 degrees with the sun during the day allows for warmer days.
