Chosen as the home for President Obama's six Christmas Vacations between 2011-2016, you will soon want to stay here as well! Our 6500 sqft villa will encompass you with a beautiful Japanese style garden accompanied with an amazing lagoon pool complete with waterfalls, lava rocks, superb landscaping, and beautiful rain-forest foliage. In the distance, you can see the Mokulua islands. You will immediately feel immersed in this beautiful oasis!
The center courtyard has so much to offer. Lagoon pool, Jacuzzi, waterfalls, BBQ, a beautiful landscape and many areas to relax and enjoy it all. On the other side of the house you have a huge yard facing Kailua bay and the Mokulua islands at the end. You will also able to see the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Watching the sun rise at 6am is one of life's treats.
The main house includes a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the ocean side giving it beautiful views of the sunrise. One other bedroom with two queen beds is facing the private courtyard with pool and a little seating area and the third bedroom is in between.
There are three more bedrooms outside on the courtyard two of which are suites, giving a very private setting. Lastly there is a small service bedroom with a twin bed and a adjacent but not private bathroom and shower.
The main areas have central A/C and all the bedrooms have split A/C units.

A 30 day minimum lease required for any rental. Please inquire about it. There is the option of heating the pool for an extra $200/day, just inquire at time of booking.
