The 2-storey layout offers light-filled living, dining and kitchen upstairs with stunning views, and two balconies for morning coffee, sunset wines and BBQ meals. You will love the indoor-outdoor flow, with 2 spacious courtyards for alfresco living on the ground floor.

Front Beach offers long beach walks and (generally) calm swimming, while Torquay Point, Jan Juc and Bells Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Nightjar Markets operate on Thursday nights through January, and are in walking distance.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 30mins drive away.

Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
