Positive: Cute cozy apartment within walking distance to Sacher Park, bus line, restaurants & Yehuda market! The apartment has common sense bohemian eclectic decor! Host/ Apartment access- Host provided timely access instructions & internet connection instruction. Host is very kind and quickly responsive to phone calls or text. PATIO- Enjoyable space to enjoy early morning or evening breezes, nice place to sit and hear the birds singing. LIVING ROOM- comfortable couch and lounge chair, coffee table, side table, cute decor that makes you feel at home. KITCHEN/DINING- kitchen has all the equipment you need to make simple meals, plenty of refrigerator space, host left or provided kitchen staples to get you started with a good cup of coffee/ tea and cold water! Also, had other items like spices, sugar, salt. Dining area is adjacent and has plenty of space to use as proper kitchen table or workspace! Comfortable seating. BEDROOM- comfortable bed, pillows, and comforters. Extra linens provided, wall hooks for clothing, towels, etc.. a plus also has a decent size wardrobe for hanging clothes. Has side tables, radio provided and a cute low lumen lamp that can be used as a night lamp. A fan with a cooling option is provided and plus for us! BATHROOM- Spacious bathroom, with great water pressure, shower drains well, plenty of vanity space and drawers for your necessities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. towels and laundry basket provided. LOCATION- Lulia is located on a pedestrian walkway between Kfar Ba ram st and Bet Sal el st., no vehicles. It is a quiet neighborhood occupied mostly by locals. Bet Sal el is a busy street and Taxi and bus can be boarded here. PARKING- No onsite parking- We stayed for a week and rented a car for 2 days we were lucky and found parking on K'far Ba'ram. Mind you Kfar Ba'ram is a dead end street and is tight but people come and go alot in this area so stick it out and you will find parking or on nearby streets.

Negative: Liked everything, only had one small issue. Vanity drain was very slow to drain, host was very responsive and came to repair but there was no clog on his property it was further down the line, the clog eventually cleared itself.

Summary: Wonderful stay couldnt have asked for anything more, exactly what we needed!
