Summary: A modern hotel in a neighbourhood that's still developing, up a rather steep hill but not more than 10 minutes’ walk from the old town. Entry to the room and hotel relied on a four-digit code you had to put into a keypad, which also activated the electricity. The room was comfortable and well insulated - important during a cold snap in low season - and I very much appreciated the effort made to put together a decent low-season breakfast box, including pastries, jam, an egg and fruit, plus coffee.
