Summary: Leaking roof in room from air conditioner. The floor was covered in water. Had to change rooms and for reasons unknown the new room was 30° even with the heating off...!! i couldnt get the air con to work... After moving once i had no more energy to complain again... the technician that helped and the staff are very friendly but overall it was more stress than relaxation. It did not meet my expectations.
