This light filled private space is in a darling bungalow nestled in a quiet, private, residential neighborhood in the heart of Buckhead - the perfect city location! Just a few walkable blocks from the intersection of Peachtree & East Paces Ferry – where the newly completed Streets of Buckhead project offers many new shopping and dining options in addition to all of the other long standing shopping & restaurant options that are among the best the city has to offer!
Within one easily walkable mile radius of the home you will find restaurants that span all price points and cravings – from Waffle House to 5 star steak or Italian to the cozy French Bistro with live music on the weekends. Also walkable are parks, gyms, spas, shops, multiple grocery stores, corporate offices and on and on – we really are in the heart of it all!!
If you would like to head downtown to some of the city’s major attractions you can take a quick drive or hop on MARTA to go explore the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, or World of Coke.
We are ~2 mile walk to 2 MARTA train stations. A close drive to the Georgia World Congress Center, Cobb Galleria, Perimeter Area, Downtown and walkable to all of Buckhead!!
If you would like to venture to another part of town for an evening out or a corporate meeting and you don't want to drive or haven't secured a vehicle, ask us about Uber - your personal, on-demand private black car driving service!!
We are pet owners as well and love to be able to bring our 'kids' on vacation with us so we welcome well trained pets on a case by case basis. There is a separate fenced area in the back yard that is dedicated to this unit. The neighborhood has sidewalks for easy morning walks. The home is also just around the corner (literally) from a great unofficial dog park – perfect for the well behaved dog who likes to chase a tennis ball! We do have an additional pet deposit with the security deposit as well as additional cleaning fees. The Pet deposit is fully refundable after guests check out according to the guest agreement.
This space is the totally separate terrace level with a 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow above. While the two apartments do not have interior access to each other, if you need additional space in the same area, you may want to consider also renting the upstairs unit. Adding the additional space does increase the charges & is only an option if the space is not already booked for the dates of your stay. For additional information about that space please reference property #615424. Both units are fully self-sufficient and do not have need to interact with each other so, if you are not booking both spaces, please don't worry about either party getting in the other's way or space!
Easily accessible property management is available to assist with anything, from suggestions for restaurants or directions to a fun close-by activity - or to address any issue that may come up.

- Please note that you will be required to accept a "Guest Agreement" which will include the following house rules (as well as others) - if any of these are violated, you may be required to vacate the property immediately and not receive any refund:
• No Smoking of anything on or near the property – this includes vaping, hookahs, e-cigarettes, and any other cigarette/pipe/cigar/etc alternative
• Absolutely no illegal drugs on or near the property – whether being consumed, sold or stored (nor any legal drugs being used illegally). This includes in your vehicle. Please note that marijuana is illegal in Georgia.
• No loud noises or activities – this includes noises from pets and children
• No more than 2 vehicles without prior written permission.
• No activities that cause strong, lingering and/or lasting smells in the home
• No events: Events are any occasion that involves people or pets not specifically named in this agreement to come on to the property, any more than three people not included in this agreement visiting the home, or any number of people visiting the home for more than 6 hours. Events include, but are not limited to, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, dinner parties, wine tastings, business meetings, cook-outs, having friends over to watch a sporting event or meeting at the home prior to or after going out.
Please be aware that the property will not be booked for certain holidays or events (NYE, Memorial day, 4th of July, festivals, high profile sporting events & concerts, etc) unless the dates of said event/holiday are included in a longer booking request.
