Positive: Communication was good and easy entry.

Negative: It doesn't match with the previous reviews. It smells very strong like smoke, even the bed sheets there was a cigarette hole in it. I read that the bed linen were good, but it was far from good. The sheets were very used and old. The apartment was broom clean, but no more than that. Dissapointing, but you get what you pay for.
