o Check-in is after 5:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Your door code password will expire 30 minutes after checkout

o The property accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
3. No Parties or Events:
o No parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
4. No Smoking:
o Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes inside the property. No cigarette butts on the ground outside. A fee $250 will be charged for violations.
5. PETS
o Are allowed but only 2 small dogs under 12 pounds, if a 3rd or more dogs are detected an additional $100 will be charged for each extra dog not allowed, your responsible for any damages and if there's pet hair you may be charged a deeper cleaning fee of $200. Pets are not allowed on the bed, in the bed on the couches, or on any furniture sorry it's just too hard to clean the pet hair off any furniture
6. Respect the Neighborhood:
o Please be mindful of noise levels and respect the neighbors. Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.
