Summary: The hotel is undeniably a historical mark in Sintra. Come here if you're keen on staying in a place full of history, but don't expect this to match a true luxury hotel. Breakfast was poor (cold bucket of scrambled eggs Antony?) and service was Portuguese standard (don't expect a lot of smiling or anyone attempting to go the extra mile).
