Summary: I've been in lots of all inclusive hotels and resorts in Turkey, Mexico, Domenican Republic, .... This one was the worse exprience ever. -All inclusive is a joke for this hotel. they only serve food and snack till 9:30 P.M and there is no room service. -food is poor in quality and variaty. -Poor amenities. -Poor entertainment. -As an all incluse customer you need to pay extra for every simple things like cabanas, lots of beverages (Alcoholic ones) even for coffee if you order at hello bar and if you order a simple cocktale you would get sugary syrop and ice. -They have 2 small pools and they ask you deposit for pool towels. -No Hot tub for you, just if you pay extra as a platinum member. No toiletery in bathroom. there is just one low quality shampoo. Don't even expect hair conditionnar. And, don't let them to fool you that you are treated better if you pay more for delux rooms. Beach access is closed. The only Pro was the cleanliness if you don't consider insects in your room and somewhat worn out sheets and towls.
