Positive: Excellent Hotel My experience at the hotel was truly outstanding, with a high level of comfort, cleanliness, and services. What really made my stay special was the refined and professional attitude of the staff. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the receptionist Dina for her kindness, constant smile, and quick response to all inquiries. She provided exceptional service that truly deserves appreciation. I also thank the receptionist Hadi for his cooperation and for ensuring that we had everything we needed with great courtesy and respect. And I cannot forget Mr. Mofeed, who was a model of elegance and excellent service, making every request easy and smooth. Thank you all for making our stay an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely visit again.
