Negative: The first night, the heater did not work.. it was freezing. We called for assistance, but no one showed up until the next day. We were ready to use the hot tub but was unable to use it since it was completely empty. No basic seasonings in the kitchen (salt pepper) like most Airbnbs. The pans were not nonstick so cleaning them was very difficult with the mini soup sponge and small bottle of soap.
