Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was on northside of Rotorua with lake views and no thermal smells, the beds and pillows were so comfortable I have never slept so well. The property had everything we could need, great kitchen, parking in the garage and a dryer which came in handy. Main bedroom had an ensuite so it was good having more than one bathroom. The bedding was so warm we didn't need the spare blanket. There were 2 living areas upstairs so places for people to sit away from sat other and chill if they wanted.

Negative: It was a bit cold downstairs in the evening in winter if you were not in bed. But the bedding was super warm.

Summary: Comfortable house with plenty of space
