Lakes Edge Lodge on the shores of Lake Winnisquam! You will find a Dock, Sandy Beach, and Boat Launch on site for the experienced boater! Lakes Edge Lodge features 3 spacious bedrooms and bathroom with laundry, sun-soaked office and family room spaces with amazing views, and a private deck space for entertaining for your family and guests. There is a Queen bed in first floor bedroom, comfortable living space as well as a dining and seating area with gorgeous views of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen and patio area with a grill and seating! Upstairs is a bedroom with King bed that looks right out to the lake, with a front room (all windows) for seating or "working" if you need to. The third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle and a bunk bed there is also a slider to a small deck to the back yard. There are 2 kayaks for your use have been thoughtfully provided by the owners.
This house features front row breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Enjoy the convenience of your own dock slip for up to 24 feet, and private, association boat launch! Within the Lakes Edge association you will find a large, private sandy beach with private swimming area as well as a community playground and fire pit. This is a beautiful community with lots of sun, sand, and water frontage. Enjoy all of this and also relax in comfort with central air conditioning and gas heating in the home. This is a non smoking home and is not pet friendly.
