SMOKING in the home is NOT ALLOWED, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside away from windows and door and not under covered areas with use of ash tray.
AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks!
PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking.
PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests.
