Bask in the sun on the deck or the 218 ft of waterfront with a floating dock. Enjoy your dining outdoors with plenty of seating complete with fire pit and private hot tub. dining outside for 8-10 inside dining for 6. There are 5 TV's for your enjoyment.
Pillows , blankets and 4 bikes are provided for your convenience. Beach passes are not provided, you can walk 1-block , ride a bike or park at the ramp .
Owner prefers tenant take damage insurance with lower security $1000 due to cost if pool equipment is damaged. If declined, security is $2000
