Summary: We like this hotel because the beds are so comfortable. The carpet is totally disgusting. I have never seen worse stains in any hotel. Couldn't stand to walk in my bare feet. It is really sad because the service is amazing, the food was really good, the beds are really comfortable, the pool is really nice, but their carpet in the room and all down the hall was absolutely gross. My husband, Brad said we wont stay there again. Im pretty sure that a decent carpet cleaner could remedy part of the problem. It looks like people just spill their coffe and nobody pays attention. Big round dark stains everywhere. I would never allow my home to look like that. The maids need to let someone know immediately so it can be cleaned. The darker carpet does not hide the black stains. Get a carpet cleaner in there. Everything about the hotel is excelent except the filthy carpet everywhere.
