Summary: I checked in online, paid deposit at that time. When I arrived, I was told I was marked as a no show, even though I made a note I was going to be arriving in the very early morning. I was charged the deposit again a second time, even though I told the employee I had already paid it. The room had not been cleaned at all. The bathroom toilet was disgusting. The linens clearly never changed. I was entirely too tired to complain or deal with switching rooms. Checked out an hour after checking in.
