The house benefits from a tucked away yet dominant position overlooking a stunning panoramic countryside of rolling hills, colorful flowers and fauna. The location feels very private and peaceful. The property is completely fenced and tall hedges with a gate at the entrance. The town is only a five minute walk.
Enjoy dining al fresco on the stone patio, where the classic sandstone of the house’s exterior feels like a step back in time. After dinner, take a stroll through the garden and the neighborhood.

You will be close to the A20, the A89, Brive Dordogne Valley airport and the Toulouse – Paris railway line.
This village is located in the upper part of Quercy in the Dordogne valley at the junction of the departments of Lot, Corrèze and Dordogne.
Saint-Sozy is 10 minutes by car from Souillac and Gramat and 30 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde and 40-minutes to the historical town of Sarlat Le Caneda

What you should know…
The House enjoys unobstructed views of the valley and is not overlooked by any other house.
The Swimming Pool is chlorine and it is not heated. It is fully fenced and alarmed; children should be supervised across the grounds and swimming pool. The pool is cleaned between guests.
There is only one bathroom

Although the river Souillac is navigable along the last 112 miles of its course, commercial traffic on the Dordogne is light which makes it a great place to practice water sports.
