** Please note that the building of the garage is not available. As the construction is recent, the stair cladding is not fully done, but will be in January. Rest assured, they currently comply with standards for your safety.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Val-des-Lacs --- small isolated village with very few tourists and quiet in the heart of the nature of the Laurentians but it couldn't be better located for the outdoors in summer and winter! Adjacent to the municipality of Lac Supérieur and just a few minutes from Parc du Mont-Tremblant, all the landscapes here are breathtaking. Whether hiking, cycling, golfing, fishing, skiing, sliding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or snowmobiling, there is something for everyone.
In winter, our residence is located just a few minutes from several famous ski mountains.

22 km -> Garceau ski mountain (20 min)
24 km -> Mont Tremblant - North (30 min)
26 km -> Mont Blanc (30 min)
Val-des-Lacs
You will find a food cooperative as well as an SAQ in the village of located less than 6.5km away, or 8 min. by car.
St-Donat
Located 15 minutes from our residence, they offer a multitude of services including grocery stores, SAQ, bakery, boutiques, restaurants, microbrewery and gas stations. In summer, Saint-Donat offers free outdoor shows presented in the public square. You will also find rental of sports equipment of all types such as motor boats, pontoons, personal watercraft, sailing boats, etc. In winter, Le Parc des Pionniers is a renowned family outdoor destination where several activities are offered such as skating and cross-country skiing.
Saint-Agathe-des-Monts
Located 26 minutes by car. You will find everything you need in town, including the biggest chains of stores and businesses.
Mont-Tremblant - Village

Getting Around:
Although snow removal will be carried out at all times, a vehicle with 4x4 traction is necessary in winter to access the residence.
The residence being in the heart of the forest, a vehicle is required at all times for travel.
