Your home for the Kentucky Derby! My wife and I are opening our home to special guest for the Kentucky Derby. We have 4 bedrooms. 2 kings and 2 queens beds. We also have 3 queen mattresses we can set up. We have a reclining couch and chair that can also sleep 3 people. So 8 people easily and up to 17 if you use 3 queen mattress and 3 reclining chairs. 3,5 baths. You have use of our kitchen and swimming pool (use at your own risk). Down stairs has a pool room, Foosball and ping pong. We are looking for a professional organization, who are looking for a simple and elegant place to stay. Our big advantage is our price. Professional homes around Louisville can rent for $25,000. Our home, less than 20 minutes away from churchill downs will rent for $6,000. You may use the house and grounds for 2 to 5 nights.
