Summary: We had the best week at Karma Resort. The room was very nice and exactly as we imagined from the pictures, maybe even better in real life. The reception staff were super helpful, and could give good advice on places to go and helped us when we had a delayed flight and wanted to get more information from the airline. The food and drinks were all delicious, breakfast was good, and the service at the restaurant and pool/beach was 10/10. The people working there were friendly and helpful, everything came quick and they were also very accommodating. Eman especially was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some of the best service we have ever experienced. We would love to go back!
