Negative: I think in general this flat needs a bit of maintenance and fixes. There were cables hanging around, marks all over the walls, furniture is extremely cheap, matresses not very comfortable... It is great to rent a flat but you should be sure that is kept in pristine conditions and you are mantaining it well or putting not the cheapest furniture that is going to last a week. If you are making business renting a flat, at least be sure it is kept nice. It is a matter of care to mantain the quality you are suposely offering. Marks all over the walls, Uncomfortable Matresses, Hanging Cables, Broken Rain Shower, one of the two AC machine was also not working.
