Located just steps from the Rosario Marina and uniquely situated adjacent to the grounds of the Rosario Village Resort, the historic Newhall House offers the best of Orcas Island. Enjoy spectacular views of the Sound and world-famous hiking trails/lakes of Moran State Park (you can walk into the park from the house). Cross the street to the historic arched bridge leading to the resort and enjoy the manicured grounds.
The house is a classic Cape Cod style cottage, with high ceilings, windows throughout, a beautiful sunroom, and incredible water views.
