The Grand Luxxe Residence Tower, there is only one Residence building at Nuevo Vallarta (used to be Luxxe Building 4) which has16 four-bedroom suites.
Each suite goes from one side of the building to the other and you have a deck on both sides. Thus, all suites have a 360-degree view of the surroundings. One side of the Residence unit directly faces the ocean with a good view of the ocean, the city of Puerto Vallarta, and much of the Vidanta site. The other side has a smaller deck with views of the golf courses. All the views are wonderful, particularly from the exclusive roof-top pool and restaurant available only to people in the building. You will have preferred golf with reduced rates, 2 for1 massages, spa, tennis, restaurant reservations.
THE ESTATES, 3-bedroom, 5-bath, there is one word that describes The Estates, LUXURIOUS! From the moment you arrive - private airport shuttle (now a charge to guests, $11 per person, Sorry Vidanta is now charging for the shuttle) and easy check in experience, butler service, and private chef (extra), shuttles service, hop the green Estate's shuttles to the Beachland and the ocean front private pools/cabanas, preferred golf with reduced rates, 2 for1 massages, spa, tennis, restaurant reservations, and access to all pools (sorry the 2 roof top pools are excluded).
