Wow where does time go?! We have been renting our Island View home for 20+ years now. We are so fortunate to have had so many wonderful guests and made some amazing and lifelong friends along the way. We are friendly, local owners who pride ourselves on offering our Island View home to vacationers for over 20 years. We live in Hague and are available to help in any way you need while you are at Island View.
Island view 2 is in a 2 unit/family home situated directly on Lake George. This apartment is on the roadside of the building, with access to a lakeside patio a few steps away for your use. The apartment does not have a lake view. The lakeside patio is a few steps away.
The lakeside of the building is our original island view home, also a vacation rental: VRBO # 48876. The entire building can be rented as one home. Please inquire!
Island View 2 is a large one bedroom apartment with a lakeside patio for your use. Room for kayak, canoe or small rowboat.
Rustic lodge style with high cathedral ceiling and eclectic furnishings and decor including antiques.
Featuring full kitchen, dining and living room area. Bedroom with one king OR two twin beds. Bathroom with stall shower and two sinks.
Dining table for four, large butcher block kitchen island with stools, and cozy 4 seat window side booth for dining or desk work. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove. All cookware and dishes. Coffee maker, microwave oven.
Keep a canoe or kayak lakeside.
Cable TV, WiFi and DVD player.
On site parking. Parking for one vehicle provided. No RV or trailer parking.
Walk to Hague town beach and boat launch, Hague Market/General Store and Firehouse Restaurant. (Seasonal hours apply)
Walk to Dockside Landing Marina to rent a boat to explore the majestic beauty of all 32 miles of Lake George.
Patio is suitable for lounging and to enjoy the majestic lake and mountain scenery.
Swimming is at Hague beach.
Island View 2 can be rented together with our Island View Property VRBO number 48876 (when available)
Short stays welcome! We prefer 3 night minimum, but check with us for any stay. July and August we do prefer weekly stays.
