Summary: Unfortunately we will not be returning to the hotel. The staff at check-in was not friendly at all. The fee for parking is ridiculous. The rooms are really small. The beds are uncomfortable. We booked an hour for the Top Golf suite and we lost 10 minutes of time due to no staff member letting us in. Once we were in, we were told that a server will keep checking in on us for drinks and food after our first initial order and not once did someone check on us. We ended up leaving early since we were hungry and left the hotel to eat elsewhere. It’s really unfortunate because it looks like a great hotel and seems to have great amenities but it just wasn’t a great stay for us
