Summary: Hotel was fine but the problem was with every aspect of their Food And Beverage. Breakfast was a mess, plates not cleared and important to get help to order anything. Lunch was worse but the absolute top off was the disguising part was the evening event dinner. Poor food, dry salad and cold mains. Dirty plates, no clearing of dirty plates and desert plonked on top of dirty dinner plates. Service was rude and disorganised and the plate has insects crawl off it. Shocking for an expensive hotel. Total let down.
