Positive: The location was amazing, it was nice and quiet, easy to check in and out, a wonderful view, and communicating with the hosts was a breeze. The living room and kitchen were comfy, clean, and nice. The Jacuzzi was a fantastic surprise!
Negative: We didn't get the room we rented but an entirely different unit layout/floor (106) and we weren't informed of this until days before our trip. The bed was so painfully uncomfortable we considered leaving after one night! I'm not convinced it wasn't a mattress topper on a box spring. One of the perks of the different unit was that it came with a big bathtub--I turned on the jets before getting in (thank goodness) and saw that the water was now full of flecks of black gunk and dark hairs from the dirty jets which was really disgusting. So I couldn't use that. Also the door wouldn't lock with the keys so we had to lock it from inside and then slam it shut because it wouldn't close without force. (Sorry to our neighbors!)
Summary: Overall, we had a nice stay but we had to use some good humor to get over parts of it.
