Positive: The room was clean and comfortable
Negative: It’s not really a hotel, but rather a flat kind of located on the top floor of a residential building. There is no dedicated reception, and the security guard serves as the receptionist and primary point of contact. He was unaware of my booking when I arrived. As a result, you should not expect hotel-level service. He is quite casual in his approach, and the overall level of professionalism must be improved. The 11-storey building also has only one lift operating regularly, which can result in very long waiting times.
