Summary: Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast. I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.
