Summary: This little house was so cute and within walking distance to so many places. Short walk up to Shepherd Dr. for multiple food options and backed up to 20th St for the nightlife. The area seemed safe for walking and I was not concerned about taking advantage of the proximity of so many offerings. I could vaguely hear the beat from the music in the evening, but it didn't keep me up. A fan or a noise machine would drown it out. The place is decorated nicely and the fixtures/counter tops are high end. The tile in the bathrooms is unique and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The temperature was easily controlled and we stayed comfy. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities (pots, pans, glasses, coffee cups). Perfect backyard for the dog. A couple minor points to note, there are only TVs in the living room and one bedroom. Wash cloths were not provided, only towels. The fridge doesn't have water or ice, so you may want to bring your own water if you're sensitive to Tap. One major thing, I would not count on the futon bedroom as an additional sleeping area. It was super uncomfortable...I cannot imagine trying to sleep on it! Maybe children... That room is also completely bare except of the futon...would be wonderful if they turned it in to a proper bedroom! Some minor inconveniences, but I would stay here again. The area, the LOCATION, dog-friendly...all are great reason to check this home out.
