Positive: We had a wonderful stay at House Lea. The house is spacious, comfortable, and felt really welcoming from the moment we arrived. The living room, which is open and connects to other areas of the house, with its dining table and air conditioning, was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was big, well-organized, and great for cooking. The bedroom had a huge, comfortable bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and lovely curtains that made it feel cozy. We also loved all the paintings of Senj and the sea-themed décor, as well as the many retro trinkets around the house – they added so much character and charm. The house was very clean, and with two adults plus two children, we all felt very comfortable; the children slept comfortably in the living room. The bathroom was roomy and convenient, with a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. One of our favorite spots was the big veranda, where we enjoyed our morning coffee or evenings with candles and a glass of wine. The garden was beautiful, with a fig tree, grapes, almonds, bay leaves, flowers, and many other plants – perfect for relaxing or just enjoying the occasional nature sounds of birds and cicadas. There was also a table with a bench, two sunbeds, and a small table. Our host, Mr. Jasminko, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Senj itself is a charming town with lovely beaches and great restaurants. We enjoyed walking through the old town with its very narrow streets, and along the waterfront, taking in the sea views. House Lea offered everything we could wish for – a beautiful home, a lovely garden and veranda, a practical kitchen, charming decorations and retro trinkets, and plenty of space for our family of four, with the children sleeping comfortably in the living room. The house was very clean, and our host Jasminko was incredibly kind and welcoming. Together with Senj’s charm, our stay was unforgettable and highly recommended.
