We have lovingly furnished the holiday home Ole in a simple and elegant style and very colorful. The holiday home Ole is located not far from the Baltic Sea in the idyllic district of Landstorf in the village of Zierow. Landstorf is a small village in a quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forests. You can take a break from the hectic times of everyday life to recharge your batteries with a lot of rest.
The holiday home Ole is the neighboring house of the holiday home Nele. Both are therefore also "to be rented as siblings".
With us there are no extra costs, because the overnight prices include BEDDING (applies to all bookings from 06/01/2019, otherwise € 7 per person), electricity, water, energy and children's equipment (2 children's travel beds, 2 children's chairs, 1 potty, 1 small bathtub, 1 washbasin stool, 1 toilet seat).

Kitchen, dining and living area
The nicely designed kitchen-living room invites you to cook. Meals can be prepared together on the kitchenette. Aids are a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, an oven and numerous kitchen utensils for everyday needs. You can then taste it all together at the spacious dining table, which can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. In addition, there are two high chairs and a children's table with 2 chairs for the little holidaymaker in the Ole holiday home.
The cozy couch area is visually separated from the kitchen area. You can relax on the couch to chat or watch TV. You have a TV, DVD player and radio at your disposal. The sideboard includes a. some books, board games and children's toys.
We have set up a children's play corner under the stairs that lead to the upper floor. Here the children can paint, tinker and play.
The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which guarantees cozy warmth on cooler days. The small, still crawling vacationers especially appreciate this warmth.

From the living area you can step onto the sheltered terrace. Here you can enjoy the summer evenings while grilling together. There is also a large plot of land to play and run around. A fireplace grill and outdoor furniture are available.
An extension adjoins the terrace, in which the cushions for the patio furniture and children's toys for the outside area are housed.

A relaxing bath awaits you at Ferienhaus Ole. The morning shower in the walk-in shower lets you start the day well. The shower bath is generously sized so that there is enough freedom of movement, especially when washing the children. In addition to a toilet, sink and walk-in shower, there is also a children's bathtub, a potty, a toilet seat and a step in the house. The integrated underfloor heating offers you pleasant warmth even in the morning.
FLOOR:
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses three bedrooms and a toilet. The stairs can be secured in the upper area with a stair gate.
WC
There is a toilet directly opposite the stairs, so the night-time toilet goers don't have to walk down to the ground floor. The toilet is of course to be ventilated through a roof window.

Bedroom 01 can accommodate up to 3 people. A double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), comfortably fitted under a sloping roof, invites you to dream. The practical built-in niche behind the bed offers storage space for bulky suitcases and bags and at the same time a storage space for your evening reading. In addition, in this bedroom 1 there is still space for 1 travel cot (available in the house). There is no closet in this room. Enjoy the view through the roof window on the adjacent meadows and forests in the morning, so nothing can stand in the way of a good start to the day.
2 people can live in bedroom 02. Here too there is a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) comfortably fitted under the sloping roof. The practical built-in niche behind the bed offers storage space for bulky suitcases and bags and can also be used as a storage space. You can store your clothes in the built-in closet. As in bedroom 01, you can also enjoy a view of the surrounding nature through a roof window in bedroom 02.
Bedroom 03 is slightly larger than the other two bedrooms. In addition to a double bed, there is a single bed and space for 1 children's travel bed, which is available in the holiday home Ole. Thus, up to four people can find a comfortable place to sleep here. The practical built-in niche behind the bed offers storage space for bulky suitcases and bags and can also be used as a storage space. The clothes can be stowed in the built-in closet. The view from the roof window gives you an insight into the beautiful gardens of the neighboring neighbors and the own garden of the holiday home Ole.
