Positive: Hotel 77 has a lot of potential. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, modern, and were spotlessly clean on arrival. The interior design is stylish, and the staff were always pleasant, friendly, and responsive.
Negative: Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by several service issues. During our three-night stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Bottled water, soap and other basic toiletries were never replenished. Breakfast was adequate but quite basic. A few small improvements could make a noticeable difference at very little cost. For example, the American-style pancakes were delicious, but there were no condiments such as honey or jam. Another drawback is the lack of on-site parking, which is worth knowing in advance if you're travelling by car.
Summary: Overall, comfortable accommodation with friendly staff, but better housekeeping recommended.
