Positive: Good location, spacious room w/ kitchenette for 3 people. Good location, close to restaurants and shops.
Negative: If you're driving, you will swear that you are on a pedestrian street. It's not that easy to get to, and the parking is challenging to maneuver into. If you have a large car, forget it!
