Summary: The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Overall it was a beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room but unfortunately the upgraded room overlooked a smoking patio. The people at check in were extremely slow and didn’t provide any information ie. WiFi codes or offering the Ticino pass or other information about the Lugano area.
