Summary: black mold in the bathroom over the shower? As a five star hotel this is very dissapointing. We could hear those in other rooms talk at some points. Also no window that could be opened, which should be clearly communicated in the room description. It has a jacuzzi and the rooms look nice, with good service. Forgot to take a photo of the mold spots, but it was probably 2 big spots of about 10-20 cm… disgusting. Did not dare to go close and check the spot, but we are 80% certain it was some type of mold.
