Summary: The hotel shouldn't be a 3 star. The toilet flush button in our room was missing and we had to pull a lever in the wall. One of the shower doors had a full thickness crack in it, meaning that water leaked on to the floor. There was no toilet seat. The door to the room only stayed closed if it was locked. The receptionist who checked us in was abrupt. The hotel was noisy, with talking and footfall during the night, this was amplified because there were no carpets to soften the noise on the corridors. The cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient. The included breakfast, from the cafe next door, was simple and good (a hot drink and a croissant of bioche bun). The cafe staff were pleasant and efficient. We did find that this was a good place to explore the old town of Naples.
