Summary: This was a solid choice for our 1-week stay in Dubrovnik, at a relatively reasonable price considering Dubrovnik price levels. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the sea from the balcony - although we could only enjoy it in the mornings and at night, since our balcony was directly above the swimming pool which made it rather awkward. The cleanliness level was ok, but there were quite a few spots and corners which had accumulated dust or even cobwebs... The room would have definitely used a thorough deep clean. The breakfast buffet was good and quite diverse - we really enjoyed it except for the fact that they only had instant coffee, which should be a crime :)) Another thing to know is that they don't have a mini fridge in the room (not mini bar, just a fridge to keep your beverages cold) - this was one of the most annoying aspects of our stay here, since we constantly had to drink warm water and soda while we were staying in the room. There's a beach really close and gorgeous views of the coast. In order to get to the old Town, you can either walk (approx 50 min walk, very little shade so take care if it's hot and sunny) or take the bus (the bus station is just around the corner din the hotel).
