Summary: To start with a positive the hotel is in a great location few minutes walk from the centre of Frascati and has onsite parking and if that's full on the street outside. BUT...... from the second we opened the door of our 'suite' we were disappointed and wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't just for one night. The suite consisted of the normal room and an additional small room full of furniture and another bed which was not requested. The room smelled damp and have visible signs of mould and was dirty, the shower was too low to get under (I'm 180cm), the mini bar was an old fridge that had one bottle of water and had to be turned off at night due to the noise it made sounding like a pool pump. The hotel had two maintenance issues too. The evening guests were told to close windows due to pest control in the gardens and in the morning there would be no hot water from 8.30am. AVOID!
